At VITADROP, we want you to get your goods ASAP.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Estimated delivery between 2-6 business days* from the date of dispatch. If you live outside metro areas, please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery.

Orders placed during sale periods or Christimas time may take up to 10 working days* to arrive

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship Australia-wide only.      

Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Send us a note and we'll calculate your shipping costs when you place an order. Please note that when orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, VITADROP can't be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

VITADROP uses Australian Registered Post, Couriers Please and FastWay whereby we can track packages easily and in a timely manner.

DELIVERY

All packs will be delivered direct to your mailbox and do not require a signature on delivery. 

SPLIT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

If your order is incomplete, please send us a note so that we can investigate.

Please only contact us if the missing item/s has not arrived by the estimated delivery date as it may have been shipped separately. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

While your order should arrive within the time frame we specify for the shipping option you select, sometimes for reasons outside our control, this doesn’t happen.

If you can, please wait an extra day then send us a note with your order number. You’ll find this on the original confirmation email we sent you.
