At first I thought it tasted too sweet, but then I had the best night sleep!!!! The next night I actually love the taste and again had the best nights sleep. It just relaxes you and you have the deepest sleep. I love this drink!!!
I am very happy with the product. I wasn't expecting to notice any significant change. I am falling asleep so much quicker, which has always been an issue. I find I am dreaming more, but not bad dreams. I am having more REM sleep, which is really good. I am also having longer deep sleep, which is great for rejuvenation. I couldn't have expected anything more. I am not drowsy in the morning, just well rested.
